Plenty of people get excited about AI and pitch SMEs on “replacing the system.” We watched too many of those rollouts fail. The thing most Thai SMEs need isn't a new system, it's a workforce that quietly runs the systems they already have. This notebook records how we got from that observation to the first product.
Restaurants, cleaning services, engineering firms, municipalities, different businesses, different sizes, the same wall. The notebook starts here: what the wall looked like, and how we decided to walk through it.

We refuse to ask customers to throw out their POS / Excel / LINE. Every feature ships as a bolt-on to existing tools, if the customer has to abandon what they had, our work isn't done.

If a customer isn't using it in their actual workflow within week one, it's too complex for our segment. We'd rather redesign than dump a giant scope on a customer and walk away.
a system that isn't running is scrap metal
AI has to execute work, issue an invoice, deduct stock, raise a PO, not just describe it. Demos that only talk are off-brand for us.
ChatGPT talks; we ship
Thai-language data, Thai accounting, Thai LINE flows are first-class, not localised afterthoughts. We say where we're from on purpose: Chonburi, not Singapore.

Subscription tiers customers can ROI-check from the website. No implementation consultants. No “it depends on scope.” If we get the pricing wrong, there's no second customer.
