Plenty of people get excited about AI and pitch SMEs on “replacing the system.” We watched too many of those rollouts fail. The thing most Thai SMEs need isn't a new system — it's a workforce that quietly runs the systems they already have. This notebook records how we got from that observation to the first product.
Restaurants, cleaning services, engineering firms, municipalities — different businesses, different sizes, the same wall. The notebook starts here: what the wall looked like, and how we decided to walk through it.

Thai-language data, Thai accounting, Thai LINE flows are first-class — not localised afterthoughts. We say where we're from on purpose: Chonburi, not Singapore.
