## How we price

UPLIFT uses **milestone-based fixed pricing** for software projects (no 100% upfront, no hourly meter for build work) and **per-Man-Day rates** for IT staffing. The first consultation is **free** and produces a fixed-price quote you can take to procurement.

We do **not** publish per-seat SaaS pricing on this page because most Samoe deployments need a 30-minute fit assessment first (number of branches, modules, integrations with existing systems). Request a quote via official@uplifttech.co — typical turnaround: same business day.

## Service rates

### IT Staffing (senior team-as-a-service)
- **Senior developer:** starting **฿5,000 / Man-Day** (8 hours)
- Engagement minimum: 10 Man-Days
- Includes: code, code review, Slack/LINE async, weekly demo
- Excludes: travel beyond Bangkok metro / Rayong (billed at cost)

### Custom development (project-based)
- **Quoted per scope.** Fixed-price after the free consultation.
- Typical ranges (indicative, not binding):
  - **Internal tool / dashboard:** ฿80,000 – ฿250,000
  - **SaaS module / integration:** ฿150,000 – ฿600,000
  - **Full app (mobile + web + backend):** ฿400,000 – ฿1,500,000
- Payment: 30% kickoff · 40% mid-milestone · 30% on acceptance
- Warranty: **3 months post-launch** (bug fixes free)

### Brand Stage (premium scroll-driven brand sites)
- **Quoted per design scope.** Awwwards-tier output.
- Typical range: ฿120,000 – ฿450,000 · 4-8 week delivery

- Ongoing maintenance after warranty (monthly retainer available from ฿15,000 / month)

3. **Monthly retainer** — for post-launch maintenance + small enhancements · ฿15,000+ / month
